Ubuntu Sunday

Ubuntu is an African concept of personhood that emphasizes our interdependence, and the reality that my well-being depends on yours and yours on mine. Ubuntu says that we belong to one another, that our shared humanity makes us family.

We invite you to join us for Ubuntu Sunday at Knox on Sunday, March 6th at 10:00 am.  PC (U.S.A.) Children’s Minister Trevecca Okholm, whose work has long centered upon intergenerational worship, will be visiting with a special children’s sermon and Sunday School lesson on welcoming and belonging. This will mark the first Sunday of Lent, a season when we will lament how racism has ruptured our sense of shared humanity.
